Out of earth comes Metal, white and Metallic, ruling the Lungs, will power, life source, warding off sadness, grief and depression.
When metal melts it becomes fluid like Water, blue and black, ruling the Kidneys, for courage alertness and patience, warding off fear and anxiety.
Water nourishes the Wood Element, Green, ruling the Liver for purification, loving kindness, forgiveness, Warding off anger, frustration, and stress.
Wood nourishes the fire and the cycle continues.
Finding balance between all the elements, the dragons live in harmony.
