New Dancing Figures inspire creative movements in Aqua Qigong classes held in a warm pool in my Spirit Garden.
Inspire, Swirl, Surrender and Rise added to the sculpture garden.
Small classes are starting Mondays 8/26 and Thursdays 8/29 from 4:00pm – 5:15pm.
Classes will continue through September. (No Class Labor Day-September 2)
At Dove’s Home in San Rafael (address given after RSVP)Cost per Class is $25. 3 Classes for $65.
