Spring is here, flowers are in bloom, the therapeutic chlorine free pool is 90 degrees for a relaxing, invigorating, healing experience in my Spirit Garden Pool.

Small classes are held Mondays and Thursdays from 3:45-5:00.

Please note which day works best for you, and which sessions you wish to join, so we can accommodate all those interested.
